Shipping:

Shipping costs within Italy are €9,90, free for orders over €250. Shipping costs to Europe and the United Kingdom are €26,90, free for orders over €500. Shipping costs to the USA and Canada are €49,90, free for orders over €800. Shipping costs to all other countries are €59,90, free for orders over €1000. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. This amount must be paid to the courier, according to the procedure recommended by the courier itself. In the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses to collect the package, the shipping costs and import duties relating to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be covered by the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount due.

Delivery time:

Italy: about 5 days. Abroad: about 10 days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Return with our courier at a cost of €6,90 if no exchange is requested. Outside Italy
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for orders outside Italy, except in the case of manufacturing defects. The return request procedure can be completed within 14 days from receipt of the product by sending an email to info@vintage55.com.
