How to take measurement to find the perfect size
Neck
Keep the tape measure horizontal. Slide it around your neck and measure the circumference at the height of the Adam’s apple. Take the measurement by placing your index finger between your neck. The measurements correspond to the size of the shirts.
Shoulders
Keep the tape measure horizontal. Take the measurement from the lateral extreme point of the left shoulder to the lateral extreme point of the right shoulder.
Chest
Keep the tape measure horizontal. Pass it under the armpits, wrap it around your chest and lower your arms. Take the measurement at the height of the nipples, without tightening the tape too much.
Sleeve
Bring one hand to your side and bend your arm 90 degrees. Take the measurement from the shoulder to the wrist, always keeping the arm bent.
Waist
Keep the tape measure horizontal. Wrap it around the narrowest part of the torso, at the height of your belly button. Take the measurement without tightening the tape too much.
Hips
Keep the tape measure horizontal. Wrap it around the hips in their widest part and measure the circumference.
Take the measurement on the skin; do not wear pants or other clothing that create thickness.
