The Henley t-shirt was the official garment of English racing crews throughout the 19th century and for the first half of the 20th century, suitable for sport thanks to the particularity of being able to open on the front with buttons. Its name derives from the town of Henley on Thames, famous since 1839 for being the scene of the Royal Regatta, the most famous in England, has acquired the status of an icon of the men’s wardrobe over the years, becoming an indispensable garment that can be adapted to numerous situations. This version has fabric as its protagonist “waffle” (or honeycomb), characterized by its three-dimensional grid construction which makes it an absorbent, breathable and insulating, light and comfortable fabric. To emphasize the cotton/hemp blend fabric, we have chosen to leave it natural. with imperfections in the texture, which give the vintage look.
