The Texan shirt at the end of the 19th century was introduced as a work garment, finding wide use in cowboy ranches, typically made of resistant denim canvas. When it then landed on the big screens of Hollywood it became iconic and the shoulder strap called “western” and pockets on the chest with pointed flaps began to be recognizable. We have designed a brand new Texan in linen, a light and fresh fabric in white yarn dyed. The Texan shirt therefore becomes more comfortable during the summer season, maintaining its features such as the pointed shoulder, the pockets with flaps and the traditional mother-of-pearl snap buttons.
