The term “Oxford” refers to the fabric, not the garment.
Developed in Scotland during the 19th century, it was part of a series of fabrics dedicated to some of the most prestigious universities.
Its basketweave construction, combining finer yarns in the warp and thicker yarns in the weft, ensures lightness and breathability. These qualities made Oxford ideal for polo shirts, leading English players to add buttons at the base of the collar to keep it in place during play, giving rise to the classic button-down.
Compared to our more traditional Oxford shirts, this version offers a more relaxed, urban feel, with a looser volume designed to be worn either directly on the skin or layered over a T-shirt.

Shipping costs within Italy are €9,90, free for orders over €250. Shipping costs to Europe and the United Kingdom are €26,90, free for orders over €500. Shipping costs to the USA and Canada are €49,90, free for orders over €800. Shipping costs to all other countries are €59,90, free for orders over €1000.
