Single-breasted vest in a wool blend with a houndstooth pattern
Made and designed in Italy
Single-breasted wool-blend houndstooth vest with a chambray back. The wool-blend fabric has a loose weave and a rustic, soft feel. Houndstooth has ancient origins, used by Scottish shepherds as a sort of camouflage: the small checks in natural colors allowed them to blend into the landscape. Popularized by Edward VIII, Prince of Wales, known for his taste and elegance, it later began to be used in tailored and more formal clothing. The vest has an easy-to-wear fit, thanks also to the adjustable back.
