The traditional work jacket was designed at the end of the 19th century in France to meet the needs of workers and laborers. Relaxed and comfortable fit, a square shape, large and numerous patch pockets, was made of extremely resistant fabrics, typically in the color blue. It then became popular also in the United States, until in 1967 it was worn by Paul Newman in “Cool Hand Luke” making it an icon.
Our proposal always tries to be faithful to the original, in this version made of natural colored fabric with the classic indigo blue yarn-dyed stripe. A tea wash was made to make the garment authentic.
